Two old buddies and wonderful reed players came down to play golf with me in AZ for 3 days. We had a terrific time playing 3 different and challenging courses as well as catching up on life over several meals.
It’s hard to believe that 3 weeks later we lost Ken. He was one of the finest saxophonists, musician golfers, and friends I had. We knew each other for 48 years and played in multiple saxophone quartets together as well as our years at Julliard. We miss him terribly. RIP my friend.
